IKEA Songesand Bed Broke! Warranty Claim Ignored for Three Weeks
On October 4, 2025, the Songesand model bed I purchased from IKEA’s website suddenly broke while I was sleeping, and I fell to the floor. The product is still under warranty (purchase date: December 2024). It has been about three weeks since the incident, yet my issue has not been resolved, and no progress has been made. During this time, I have had to sleep on the floor for three weeks. I contacted customer service four times in total, sharing photos of the broken part. Each time I called, I was told that an inspector would be sent and that I would receive a response within 48 hours, but I have not received any update to this day. When I called again today, I was told, “They probably forgot; I’ll send an email.” From the beginning, no fee was requested, but due to the lack of follow-up, the repair process has not even started. I request that my issue be resolved and that repair service for my broken bed be provided as soon as possible.
I have been sleeping on the floor for a month, they only call occasionally and don't even care.
