IKEA Missed My Delivery Despite Approval and Won’t Provide Any Updates

I bought a product from IKEA on August 25, 2024, and approved the voice response system for the delivery on August 30th. The next day, they called again, asking for approval for August 31st instead. Despite being at home on August 31, they marked the delivery status as "not found at the address." When I called the call center, they informed me that the delivery person had come downstairs, taken a photo, and claimed they called me once without knocking on the door. Even a 5-year-old would know better than to leave without knocking. Since then, I've called the call center four times and made a complaint on social media, but no one has responded. When I lost hope in IKEA resolving this, I contacted the delivery company, only to find out that my package wasn’t put back into circulation because IKEA hadn't approved the delivery. As it stands, I have received no response, and I have no information on whether IKEA will deliver the product for which I paid the shipping fee. They keep calling me without providing any useful information.
