IKEA Fails to Provide Accurate Information About the Whereabouts of My Orders

Let me tell you from the beginning after they told me that the product they sold from the store had an inventory error, they returned my money and said that it can be found in the Ümraniye branch. An acquaintance went there and we bought the products on 20.12.2022. They said they would deliver it on 30.12. 2022. They claimed that they delivered it to the logistics company a week ago. However, when I called the firm today to inquire about the position and whereabouts of my orders, they informed me the boxes had been picked up from Ikea just a day ago, not a week. Why would such a big company mislead customers? They could have updated, I wouldn't go barge into the store demanding them right away. Now, it is just unpleasant knowing I was deceived for a week.
