Unfulfilled order, no refund, and no response from IKEA

On November 16, 2022, I made a purchase from the IKEA Umraniye - Istanbul store with invoice number 1KO2022000000010. The products that were sold to me, including the shipping charge and the money that was collected, were delivered to my address by IKEA, but two products that were out of stock (but invoiced and the fee was collected) will be delivered to me from another store. I was told that it would be delivered from the store to my home in 2-3 business days. After a week, when the products had not arrived, I contacted them. I was informed that a ticket had been opened, that the products were in the Kartal store, and that they would be supplied and shipped to me as soon as possible. When the products were still not sent in December, I went to the Umraniye store and was told that they had not been released due to a product count in the Kartal Store, but that another ticket had been opened and they would be sent as soon as possible. When January arrived, the products had yet to be shipped. When I returned to the Umraniye store on Saturday, January 14th, I was told that the products had not been left in the Kartal Store this time, but were present in the Bayrampasa store, that Pnar ***** in the Umraniye store was in charge of my problem, that another ticket had been opened, that she would call me on Sunday, and that the products would be delivered to my address by Monday. Because no one had called me on January 21 and the products had still not arrived, I called customer service. I was told that a request had been made regarding the urgency of the situation, and I stated that I expected a response within the day. No one called again. As a result, two 70245848 Besta products that were charged to me and sold from the Umraniye store did not reach me. The Mapa Mobilya ve Aksesuar Pazarlama company opened numerous tickets on my request, but he did not even provide me with a return regarding this problem.
