IKEA Turkey Online Shopping Failure

The product I purchased from the IKEA Turkey online store on 12/09/2023 was sent by Hepsijet company on 15/09/2023. When I wanted to check the shipping process, it showed that it was delivered at 10:18 in the morning on September 19 with the reference number 111209231958466. When I called Hepsijet again, they said that they sent the product back to IKEA because there was a delay in the shipping process. I made a complaint to both parties through their customer service and sikayetvar.com, and I received an almost automatic response saying that it has been under investigation for 2 days and we will get back to them. I was torn between IKEA and Hepsijet. I made the payment in advance when purchasing the product. Where is my product, what will happen to the delivery or payment I made?
