IKEA Ankara Store Damaged Product Delivery
On August 3, 2023, I went to the IKEA store in Ankara and bought two wardrobe doors and a glass shelf. The whole time I was shopping at this IKEA store, I had a lot of problems. Even though I paid extra for delivery, the store did not help me with my shopping and caused problems with the delivery of the things I bought. I also made it clear that I might need replacements if the items, which I planned to install in two months, arrived broken. But when I tried to put the products together today, I found that they were severely damaged and seemed to have been used before. I called IKEA's customer service right away, but what they told me really upset me. They told me that there were no refunds or exchanges that could be made. It looks like they sent me broken and used items on purpose because of the problems I had with the store. My product order number is 127316611, and I want to get these things again.
