I Paid for IQOS Order #1792 But Got No Delivery and Was Ignored After Payment
On February 5, 2025 at 11:09 AM, I placed an order numbered 1792 after being assured it would be delivered within 3 hours once payment was made. I promptly transferred the full amount via IBAN as instructed. Up until the payment, communication was smooth and professional. But once the money was received, everything changed completely.
Now, my messages are being ignored, and the phone number is unreachable. I can’t get any response regarding my product, and I’m beginning to believe I’ve been scammed. This is absolutely unacceptable. If there was a delay or issue, the least they could do is respond and update me.
