No Refund From Muslima Wear After Order Cancellation
I placed an order in June 2024 and later requested cancellation in September 2024. I have written proof from the company confirming that they canceled the order and would refund me. However, despite their claim, no money ever reached my account — not in September, not in July, not at any time. I have checked directly with my bank and the card issuer; they confirmed there is no record of any refund from this merchant for the claimed dates. I even verified through Stripe’s system using the information they provided — there is no such transaction. I have contacted the company multiple times and given them several opportunities to provide a valid proof of refund. All I have received are contradictory statements and documents that do not match my payment records.
I would like to update my complaint. The company Muslima Wear already sent me two different refund receipts, but I never received the money in my bank account. After contacting Stripe, they confirmed that the merchant processed a refund but it could not go through because of the merchant’s account issue. This means the company intentionally sent me fake or invalid proof, knowing the refund would fail. I am not the only one – I found many other customers with the same problem. I want to warn everyone: this company takes your money, cancels orders, and never refunds. They do not answer emails and avoid responsibility.
I sent a message to the seller Mikail F*** regarding Muslima Wear to ask for my money back, but he blocked me.
Every time I ask for my money on WhatsApp, they don’t answer, but when I start commenting on the Muslima Wear Instagram page, they reply and then keep delaying. They even sent a fake refund and claimed the delay was from Stripe, but Stripe confirmed it was not from them, it was from Muslima Wear.
