iData Visa Appointment Delayed for 9 Months – No Response Yet

I applied for a visa through iData on May 23, 2024, with PNR number IDTXBW73T2F, but it has been nine months, and I have yet to receive any response. This is an extremely urgent situation because I need to bring my elderly mother, who requires care and assistance.

My father has passed away, and my mother has spent years living in Germany, where she is retired and still holds residency. The only issue is that her residence permit has expired, and we have been waiting for an update from iData with no success.
