Waiting Months for iDATA Schengen Visa Appointment with No Response After Paying Fee

I requested an appointment through iDATA for a Germany Schengen visa on July 25, 2024, but I have yet to receive any response. It's been months, and I’m left wondering how long I’m expected to wait for an appointment. What’s even more frustrating is that I paid the required fee, yet there has been no communication or updates from iDATA regarding my application. This lack of transparency and information is completely unacceptable. I need a prompt response from iDATA, along with an update on when I can expect my appointment. I urge the company to take immediate action to resolve this issue.
