Quality and Customer Service Issues at Hummel Pants

The pants we got from Hummel looked all worn out and misshapen after just one time wearing them. When we asked for an exchange or refund at the store, they refused to admit any mistake with the product and gave it back to us without making any changes. We forgot our pants at the store and just walked out. It's so surprising that a brand wouldn't support its own product. We won't buy from Hummel anymore and we'll tell others not to either. If they keep going like this, they'll soon be forgotten.
