purchased a white sweatshirt from the Hummel store, and I'm extremely dissatisfied with the product. After the very first wash, the black prints on the sweatshirt bled, staining the entire garment with black splotches. Concerned about the quality, I approached the store for an examination, hoping for a resolution. To my dismay, they not only refused to accept the defective product but also rejected my request for a refund or exchange, which left me financially burdened
