I've been having problems with Hummel products for a while, but I haven't spoken up about them until now. Nevertheless, after noticing that the item I recently bought began to develop pills within just 15 days, I made the decision to return it. I was quite taken aback when my return request was rejected. As a loyal customer, I anticipated a certain level of consideration. It appears that customer retention is not a top priority for them. Instead of focusing on promoting their brand, it would be more beneficial for them to prioritize resolving issues. Regardless, I'll proudly wear these worn shirts and let others see. Considering the short amount of time that has passed, it's hard to believe that this shirt is already showing signs of wear and tear. I am not at fault.
The t-shirts I bought earlier had pilling, maybe between two to four months after purchase, the t-shirts started to pill. I didn't think about sending them back, but the last t-shirt I bought started pilling the very first time I wore it. Of course, I had to wash it and send it back to the company because I didn't want to send it dirty, but they do not accept that the product has a manufacturing defect. There is no authorized person I can reach to talk to. The company has already taken the risk of losing a customer. From now on, I prefer not to buy Hummel products. I wish you had tried to be more approachable; you wouldn't have lost anything and would have gained something. Now I will wear these pilled t-shirts and do a lot of advertising for your pilled t-shirts.
