Hummel Tracksuit Bottoms: Defective Stitching, Warranty Denied



I purchased a pair of tracksuit bottoms called HMT-M 2.0 regular pants from Hummel for ₺1000. I wore them twice, and both times, the stitches came unraveled. It's clear that the product is defective because I bought three other products in the same purchase, and they were fine. This was a complete disaster. We sent the defective product back for warranty repair, but after 10 days, they rejected it. They inspected it extensively, then the product disappeared. It's unclear where it went, and nobody called or followed up. We're left with no product and no resolution. Either replace the product or refund it. The lost product is your responsibility, but there's been no action for four weeks. Hopefully, something will be done soon.
