Hummel Father's Day Gifts Lost in Delivery Limbo!
It's the 13th of June, and I couldn't be happier because Father's Day is rapidly approaching. I go on hummel.com and buy a few cool things for my dad, and the total comes to 834 tl. Excellent, right? Hold on a second there. This is where things take an unexpected turn. When I click on the tracking link to see when my package will arrive, it's like waking up from a nightmare. The message states that "delivery could not be made." How exciting! The icing on the cake is... I've been trying to get in touch with the courier service, but it seems they're always on vacation. Just can't seem to get through to them. Ugh! Still, there's more to come! Hummel, in their wisdom, informs me via email that my order is complete. Seriously? If it's done, where the hell is it? I can't take this any longer, you people. Now I find myself in a place of anger and desperation. I really need some assistance getting out of this jam. It would mean a lot if you could help. Many thanks to you all!
