Tango Live Verification Failed - Withdrawal Feature Locked


I am writing regarding a verification issue I have been experiencing on Tango Live for over a week on my Android device, which is preventing me from withdrawing my funds. On 28 May 2026, I submitted a valid national ID for verification, but the app responded that it could not verify my identity, and since then I have not been able to resubmit my documents or attempt the process again. Whenever I access the verification section, I am redirected to a page stating, “Sorry, we couldn’t verify your identity” with no option to upload new documents or retry the verification. While my account remains active and accessible, the withdrawal feature is completely blocked due to this unresolved verification issue. This is my first attempt to withdraw funds from Tango Live, and I currently have 19 dollars in my account that I cannot access. I have contacted customer support multiple times via email and through in-app messages, but I have not received any response. I request that my verification process be reviewed again, that I be allowed either to re-upload my documents or that my existing documents be manually checked, and that my withdrawal feature be urgently reactivated so I can withdraw the 19 dollars currently in my Tango Live account.
