Instagram 'We’ve Disabled Your Account' Message

My Instagram account with the username “Ravi.yadav_6***” has been disabled since 22 May, and I cannot log in. The screen only shows the message “We’ve disabled your account” and I have not received any clear reason. I always used this account in a normal and respectful way, just for posting photos and reels and talking to friends. As far as I know, I did not violate Instagram’s Community Guidelines or Terms of Use. I kindly request that you review my account and the decision to disable it, and if possible, please reactivate my account and inform me of the reason for this action.
