Hummel Shoes Started Falling Apart in Just Days Despite Years of Loyalty



I recently purchased a Hummel product, a brand I've trusted and loved for years, but I must say I’m deeply disappointed this time. Despite only using the new shoes for a very short period, both pairs have shown significant issues — the inner soles have started to deteriorate and deform, and the outer surface, especially around the toe area, has begun to split due to folding. I’ve attached photos below as evidence. This situation has seriously shaken my confidence in the product’s quality and the brand’s reliability. As a long-time Hummel user, it’s both surprising and disappointing to encounter such a problem for the first time. I kindly request that a proper quality inspection be carried out on the product and that I be provided with an explanation.
