On 22/02/2025, I bought a pair of shoes for my daughter from the Hummel store at Gaziantep Forum Shopping Mall. Shortly after, the corners of the shoes started to tear, and the front part began to come apart. My daughter only wore them occasionally and always indoors, so I was surprised to see such quick wear. I expected better quality from a brand like Hummel, especially for children’s footwear. I sent the product in for inspection, but they claimed the damage was due to usage rather than a manufacturing defect and therefore rejected my request for an exchange. Their response was both dismissive and unhelpful, leaving me with no solution.
