Rude Customer Service at Boss Store in Istanbul Airport



On October 8, 2024, between 12:10 AM and 12:30 AM, I visited the Boss store in the international departures section of Istanbul Airport with an urgent need for a t-shirt. Despite being a loyal customer who wears Boss products from shoes to underwear (I was even wearing Boss shoes at the time), I was met with shocking disrespect.
When I asked for assistance, the saleswoman mockingly repeated, "Just a t-shirt?" and laughed as she directed me to another colleague. That person was equally dismissive and said, "Let me have a cigarette," before walking away without offering any help.
This experience has convinced me never to shop at Boss again. Such poor customer service is unacceptable, and I hope Boss takes immediate steps to train its staff better. Loyal customers deserve respect and assistance, not mockery.
