Hugo Boss Capacity Store – Rude and Uninterested Staff
I recently visited the Hugo Boss store at Capacity Mall, and I was shocked by the terrible customer service. The staff were cold, unfriendly, and completely uninterested in assisting customers. Instead of making me feel welcome, they acted as if they were forced to be there, making the shopping experience uncomfortable and unpleasant.
For a premium brand like Hugo Boss, this level of disrespect and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. Even lower-end brands provide better service. Why should I spend my money here when I receive zero attention and poor treatment?
Hugo Boss, train your staff properly or risk losing loyal customers. I will never shop here again unless service improves. Has anyone else experienced this?
