Misled by Christian Dior Sales Representative and Treated Disrespectfully
In November, I made a purchase at the Boyner Mall of Istanbul Dior counter after being repeatedly told by the sales representative that a significant price increase was coming within a few days. To avoid being affected by the hike, I completed my purchase. The representative also promised to provide trial-size and promotional products immediately after payment but later claimed they were unavailable and would arrive the following week. Despite taking my phone number, I was never contacted. To make matters worse, the brand later went on sale instead of raising prices as I was told.
When I returned to the store about a month later, I tried to speak with the same sales representative, but they were not on duty. Another representative with a Dior badge rudely dismissed me, using disrespectful gestures and phrases like, "Go to customer service." The experience was completely unprofessional.
I reported the situation to Customer Services, and the manager assured me the store manager would contact me, but this never happened. When I tried to reach the store manager directly, I was blocked. Boyner's lack of professionalism and disregard for customers is shocking. I no longer wish to see the brand’s name and strongly condemn this behavior.
