Hugo Boss and Burberry Perfumes from Boyner Lack Longevity—No Resolution Provided

I purchased Hugo Boss Infinite and Burberry Hero perfumes from Boyner’s Hilltown Istanbul store on June 8, 2024. Both perfumes lack any lasting fragrance, which led me to believe there might be a problem with the products. I reported this to the customer relations department and requested an inspection. After 15 days, my request for an exchange was denied without any explanation. I sent the products for a second inspection and again received a rejection, still with no clarification. As a loyal customer who has made significant purchases from Boyner, this experience has completely eroded my trust, especially regarding the authenticity of their cosmetic products. I will escalate this issue to the Consumer Arbitration Committee for resolution. Boyner, I expect better accountability.
