Brooks Brothers Refused My Return Despite Multiple Attempts

I tried to return two outerwear items and one shirt, totaling ₺30,000, that I purchased for my father from Brooks Brothers. He didn’t like the fit or color, so I went back to the store twice to process the return. However, since it’s a franchise store, they refused to accept the return, citing issues with their POS machine. On my second visit, they still claimed the same problem and said, “We’ll take the items and forward them to headquarters,” without providing any timeframe for the refund.

This experience was beyond frustrating. I ultimately took the items back and decided never to shop at Brooks Brothers again. The lack of proper return policies and customer service, especially at the Istanbul-Bağdat Caddesi store, is unacceptable. I demand immediate action to fix this flawed process and provide better customer satisfaction.
