Rude Behavior by Brooks Brothers Staff – Unacceptable Conduct

On December 9, 2024, around 9:30 PM, my children and I were outside the Brooks Brothers store at Mersin Forum Mall. As we had exited the mall, my children approached the store window from the outside to look at a product. While doing so, they unintentionally touched the glass, causing a slight vibration and noise. Two female staff members nearby approached the window, presumably to check if there was an issue.

Despite explaining that my child had accidentally touched the glass, one of the staff members displayed inappropriate behavior, including finger-wagging and exaggerated gestures. This conduct was unnecessarily hostile and completely unprofessional, tarnishing the store's reputation.

Such actions are unbecoming of any brand, let alone Brooks Brothers. As a customer, I urge the management to investigate this incident and ensure staff are trained to maintain respectful and professional interactions. This experience has deterred me from ever considering shopping at Brooks Brothers again.
