Hugo Boss Cardholder Worn Out in Just 15 Days of Use

I received a Hugo Boss cardholder as a gift from a friend and was initially thrilled with its design and quality. However, after just 15 days of light use, the cardholder has deteriorated to an unacceptable condition, as shown in the attached photo.

Given the premium reputation of Hugo Boss, I never expected such poor durability from their products. It’s disappointing to see a brand of this caliber fail to meet basic quality expectations.

I had high hopes for this cardholder, treating it with care, but the outcome has left me deeply dissatisfied. I kindly request Hugo Boss to address this issue promptly, as this experience has seriously diminished my trust in the brand.
