Hugo Boss Sent Fake and Misleading Products Instead of My Order

I am disappointed with Hugo Boss for sending me completely different products from what I ordered. I purchased two t-shirts, one black and one white, both supposed to be authentic Hugo Boss items. However, the items I received are clearly fake and do not even bear the brand’s logo or quality.

The products sent were of inferior quality, unbranded, and nowhere near what was advertised or expected from a reputable brand like Hugo Boss. This kind of misleading delivery and lack of quality assurance is unacceptable.

I am requesting an immediate resolution—either a replacement with the correct items or a full refund. This experience has completely undermined my trust in the brand.
