Brooks Brothers Employee Ignored Me Repeatedly at City’s Mall

I’ve visited the Brooks Brothers store in City’s Mall at least five times, and each time, a bald, blue-eyed gentleman working there has completely ignored me. When I asked him questions, he turned his head away and refused to engage.
Such behavior is entirely unacceptable for a sales associate. Employees should welcome and assist customers, not deliberately avoid them. As a loyal customer, I expect better service and respect when I enter the store.
I will escalate this complaint and hope that the next time I visit, I won’t encounter this individual. Brooks Brothers needs to address this issue promptly and ensure their staff treats all customers with professionalism and courtesy.
