Huawei Won't Take Gt 3 Pro Titanium Band Smartwatches Back

We bought 2 Huawei gt 3 Pro titanium band smartwatches from Teknosa store. The biggest reason we preferred the watch was its scratch-resistant glass. When we bought the watch and set it up at home, we learned that the watch does not have a guide feature, only 10 people can be added to the favorite contacts. As we learned that we could only view incoming messages and that we could not reply to messages, we wanted to return the watch on the same day we bought it. Store employees stated that they could not take the watch back because we opened the box. They said we should contact the authorized service. After meeting with the authorized service and Huawei customer representatives, the day after we received the products, we reported product dissatisfaction and sent the devices to the authorized service. The authorized service response was negative yesterday. I do not want to use this product, I want to exchange it for another product. Note: I am not using the watch, will be waiting for your reply.

We also found out that we could only view incoming messages and could not reply to them, so we wanted to return the watch on the same day we bought it. The store employees stated that they could not accept the return because we had opened the box. They told us we needed to contact the authorized service. After speaking with the authorized service and Huawei customer representatives, we reported product dissatisfaction the day after we purchased the products and sent the devices to the authorized service. The authorized service response came back negative yesterday. I do not want to use this product and would like to exchange it for another product. Note: When we first took it to the store, one product had been set up, and the other had not. I am not using the watch and am waiting for information from you.
