We bought 2 Huawei GT 3 Pro titanium strap smartwatches from the Teknosa store. The main reason we chose this watch was its scratch-resistant glass. When we took the watch home and set it up, we learned that the watch did not have a contact list feature and that only 10 favorite contacts could be added. We also found out that we could only view incoming messages and could not reply to them, so we wanted to return the watch on the same day we bought it. The store employees stated that they could not accept the return because we had opened the box. They told us we needed to contact the authorized service. After speaking with the authorized service and Huawei customer representatives, we reported product dissatisfaction the day after we purchased the products and sent the devices to the authorized service. The authorized service response came back negative yesterday. I do not want to use this product and would like to exchange it for another product.
Note: When we first took it to the store, one product had been set up, and the other had not. I am not using the watch and am waiting for information from you.
