Huawei Watch GT3 Elegant Review: Fragile Build and Lackluster Support
I bought my wife a Huawei Watch GT3 Elegant smartwatch, but it turned out to be too fragile and sensitive to be used as a regular wristwatch. It stopped working in a very short time. But the authorized service said it was a 'user error' because the watch had a small crack, so the warranty didn't cover it. The watch turned out to be too fragile to wear every day, and the company didn't seem to care about standing behind its product. Surprisingly, the authorized service wanted at least 2800 tl to fix a 4000 tl product that was still under warranty. It's really disappointing that the brand isn't reliable at all. This shows how fragile Huawei products are and how bad their customer service is, which makes it a disappointing investment.
