Huawei GT3 Pro Titanium Band Part Falling Off

My Huawei GT3 Pro titanium band watch, which is still under warranty, has been carefully used for 7 months. I paid a premium price for this product, especially because of the titanium band. However, during this time, a small piece, which is a crucial part of the strap, fell off on its own, and I couldn't locate it. I'm relieved that it didn't cause the watch to fall and break. Since the product is within the warranty period, I took it to a Teknosa store to have it serviced. To my surprise, the service informed me that the strap issue wasn't covered by the warranty and offered to replace it for 4250 TL. This situation left me wondering why I paid such a high price for the watch and the supposedly premium strap. I've engaged in multiple discussions with Huawei customer service, but the outcome remains the same – they don't stand behind their products. I've attached pictures of my watch band as evidence. As a consumer, I shouldn't have to deal with such a flaw in a product I purchased. I deeply regret this purchase, and it's unreasonable to expect customers to pay extra for parts that spontaneously detach.
