Huawei Watch GT 3 Elegant Sold with a Scratch
Five months ago, I bought the Huawei Watch GT 3 Elegant 42mm smartwatch at Media Markt as a gift for my wife. Unfortunately, it didn't work out well and I regret my choice. When I first bought the watch, there was a tiny scratch on the part where the watch connected to the case. As time went on, the scratch got bigger and deeper. We took the watch to the service center using Media Markt. We got the watch back soon after, and they said it was our fault for the problem. Also, there's a big new scratch right in the middle of the watch... We returned the watch to the service, and they didn't admit their mistakes but suggested that we pay 3800 Turkish Lira for the repair. I reached out to the Consumer Rights Protection Commission and I'm waiting to hear back. I wish I hadn't bought Huawei. This company doesn't back up its products. There's a lot of disappointment hidden beneath the shiny surface. Their service is really bad.
