Huawei Smartwatch Shipment Delay and Ignored Support
I bought a Huawei smartwatch from their website, and they sent me an invoice. The website says the product was shipped by Yurtiçi Cargo, but there is no tracking information and their support line is unresponsive. There is no record of anything under my name at Yurtiçi Cargo. My advice: Do not buy anything from Huawei TR online. I can't believe how frustrated and disappointed I am right now. I expected Huawei to provide a smooth online shopping experience, but it has been a complete failure. Not only is there no way to track my shipment, but the support team appears to ignore my inquiries entirely. They've vanished into thin air, leaving me in the dark with no answers. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from Huawei TR to think twice. Huawei must accept responsibility for the situation and provide a quick resolution.
