There has been no news from my Huawei watch fit 2 device, which I sent to Yakacık KVK service 16 days ago, since that day. Even though I called KVK and Huawei 10 times, I cannot get any information about my device, which was delivered on Friday, July 12, 2024, 09:07. They say they will call within 48 hours; There is no caller. I'm calling again; Don't worry, a representative says, "I will call you personally." There is no caller. I'm looking for Huawei; He says "I'm interested now", 2 days later I ask what happened and he says an e-mail has been sent to the company and a call back is awaited. A brand cannot call its contracted authorized service and say what happened to a product. I have been dealing with this for 2 weeks. The last time I exploded and the answer given to me by Huawei is this: Now I received information by phone, it was sent back because there was no invoice, it was not received, it was brought again, bla bla bla... I say, let me send you the log of the printout I received from the IP printer on the day I delivered the cargo. ? What do you mean it's not included in the invoice? He says they conveyed it this way and the issue is not progressing. So in summary, the product I sent for service was lost and both KVK and Huawei, in cooperation with them, made me accept this. They resolved my 14-day struggle, effort and grievance as follows: If you wish, you can pick it up from our service and I will direct you to another service... I will neither buy Huawei nor let anyone else buy it again... When I buy any other product, I ask this clearly; Is KVK your authorized technical service? So definitely not... In the meantime, I will give up hope on the device and start looking for a new watch. But I will never, ever buy any Huawei product, and I will never let anyone around me care about it either.

The days-long fight still didn't yield any results, but there were different developments. Huawei sent the device back today. The reason is that the invoice did not have a serial number and the device itself did not have a serial number... I've been calling Mediamarkt since Saturday to get an invoice with a serial number, but they are no better than KVK and Huawei. As an online office boy, I'll be doing some errands for them too, and then I'll go back to KVK if I can get the invoice with the serial number... But I still insist: Go and buy an Apple. You make an appointment, wait in the lobby for 10 minutes, they bring your new device and it's done. Don't bother with Huawei and such. When I bought this watch for 2,500 TL, the cheapest Apple Watch was 6,900 TL. Now, with 10,000 TL + 2,500 TL wasted = 12,500 TL, I'll buy an Apple Watch...

Dear Friends, I realized that I did not write a detailed explanation in my initial application, so I reapplied with details a day later. In the first application, Huawei responded to my complaint with the wrong name and surname and provided an explanation about an incorrect issue (refrigerator). Our consumer committee canceled it due to insufficient explanation without even saying, "We didn't ask for a defense for this person, you made a wrong defense." Now, we are still waiting for the consumer committee's review, which has exceeded 1.5 months. When we call, we get the template sentence: "It takes between 4 and 6 months," blocking our inquiry. In other words, they are saying that this process takes a long time, so don't bother asking. :) Application was made on 29.07.2024 Defense was requested on 31.07.2024 And we are still waiting. According to what they say, they will meet at the end of the month, but since they take files in order, it might not be reviewed. We regret to understand that things are not as they should be here, and it is clear that the necessary decision will not be made. The best thing for you to do is to go and buy an Apple Watch SE, which is around 8,899 TL in market chains. When you buy such bad brands for 3,999 TL, not only does your money go to waste, but your sense of trust in everything is also shaken, leading to unhappiness and weariness. This is not only for watches but also for phones; don't think you are saving by going cheap and end up being a victim. Best regards.

#update The Consumer Arbitration Committee's decision has been made, and the committee found me to be in the right. However, for the past week, Huawei has not been supportive, claiming that the decision has not been officially communicated to them, and they are not accepting the device. In my last conversation with the Consumer Arbitration Committee, they said the decision was communicated to them 5 days ago, but despite emailing Huawei 3 times in a row, I have not received a response. (Apparently, committee decisions are not handled by customer service representatives but through this email address, or rather, they are not handled at all!) As a legal right, if the decision is not complied with within 2 weeks of notification, it seems I will initiate enforcement proceedings. (According to Article 70, Paragraph 2 of Law No. 6502) Currently, they have paid close to 1500 TL in additional file costs and expert fees, while the hourly rate is 2100 TL. Here's a summary again, friends: The reason for the low price is due to the PERSON/UNITS that value customers in the Turkish market being cheap. It's up to you to experience something similar to what I've been through. I will be sharing the latest updates again. (Apple Watch is quite useful and effective. I am very satisfied. I'm glad I bought it recently. If they offer an exchange for the watch, I will share the video with you of me breaking it into pieces inside the box without even opening it, at the Huawei branch where I received it.)
