I'm looking for Huawei; He says "I'm interested now", 2 days later I ask what happened and he says an e-mail has been sent to the company and a call back is awaited. A brand cannot call its contracted authorized service and say what happened to a product. I have been dealing with this for 2 weeks. The last time I exploded and the answer given to me by Huawei is this: Now I received information by phone, it was sent back because there was no invoice, it was not received, it was brought again, bla bla bla... I say, let me send you the log of the printout I received from the IP printer on the day I delivered the cargo. ? What do you mean it's not included in the invoice? He says they conveyed it this way and the issue is not progressing. So in summary, the product I sent for service was lost and both KVK and Huawei, in cooperation with them, made me accept this. They resolved my 14-day struggle, effort and grievance as follows: If you wish, you can pick it up from our service and I will direct you to another service... I will neither buy Huawei nor let anyone else buy it again... When I buy any other product, I ask this clearly; Is KVK your authorized technical service? So definitely not... In the meantime, I will give up hope on the device and start looking for a new watch. But I will never, ever buy any Huawei product, and I will never let anyone around me care about it either.
