Exorbitant Repair Fees! My Huawei FIT2 Watch Repair Ordeal




I purchased a Huawei FIT2 smartwatch, and before its warranty expired, it stopped charging. Upon sending it for repair, the service center claimed "user error" and demanded an outrageous ₺7300 service fee, citing scratches on the screen as justification. However, I sent it for repair due to charging issues, not screen scratches. Moreover, Huawei's official website offers the same device with headphones as a gift for ₺2800. It's absurd to be charged ₺7300 for a device that costs ₺2800 with a gift. When I contacted Huawei customer service to file a complaint, they dismissed my concerns, suggesting I buy a new device instead. This blatant disregard for customer rights is appalling. Huawei's response to their service's exorbitant fees is to ask me to pay up or buy a new device. It's a classic case of "Adding insult to injury." Huawei, your lack of empathy is astounding. It's time to step up and provide real solutions to your customers' problems.
