I purchased my Huawei smartwatch with serial number 29MTQ23A14002835 about a month ago. During this time, I noticed that it failed to perform sleep analysis and health measurements. Frustrated, I sent the device twice to the KVK technical service in Ankara within the past month. Before sending it to KVK, I had approximately 15 conversations with Huawei customer support seeking a solution, but none was found. Eventually, they directed me to KVK Ankara service.
The device, logged under service entry number 2401664446, returned with the response 'your device was tested with an active connection, and no issues were found' on both occasions. Despite sending an email with a video clearly depicting the persistent issue, the technical service at KVK returned my device without any information or resolution. I am determined to explore every avenue available for a one-month-old device. They sold a defective product and refuse to stand behind it. I won't be using this watch and will continue to fight for my rights.
