I sent my Huawei laptop to Istanbul Ouno Service due to an issue with the charging adapter. Despite providing all the necessary information, I did not receive any updates or status regarding the service. Later, when the service record appeared in the system, I realized that the service had entered my phone number incorrectly. I reported this issue to Huawei customer service, and they said the issue would be resolved and that they would contact me, but no action was taken. Subsequently, my device was repaired and dispatched for shipping, which I found out through Ouno service’s system. However, there was no tracking number or other relevant shipping information. I reported this to Huawei again, as I had no idea where my device was. I couldn’t resolve the situation through customer representatives. I didn’t know which courier service my device had been sent to or where it was. Eventually, I guessed that it might have been sent via the Yurtiçi Kargo branch I had used while shipping it and contacted them. Upon checking with the incorrectly entered phone number, I found my shipment. The branch representative told me that I could collect it with my ID card within the day. However, when I arrived, they told me I couldn’t retrieve it with my ID alone; I would need the tracking code and a contactless code. After explaining the situation, they insisted on proof that I was the rightful owner. Finally, I provided the repair code from the service, and they processed it. In summary, Huawei service caused me significant inconvenience by entering my phone number incorrectly. They did not fix the problem or follow up as promised, and if I hadn’t taken matters into my own hands, my product could have been lost. I am filing this complaint to prevent others from experiencing the same issue.
