HSBC SIM Block Preventing Account Opening

I want to open an account through the HSBC Turkey mobile app, but I’m unable to proceed because my SIM card is blocked. Since there is no HSBC branch in Erzurum, I cannot visit a branch to lift the SIM block. When I called customer service, I was told that the only solution is to go to a branch — no alternative method was offered.

Because of this, I haven’t been able to complete my transaction for two days and I’m experiencing significant inconvenience.

I request that my SIM block be lifted remotely or that an alternative solution be provided so I can complete my account-opening process.
