İş Bankası Blocked My PIN - I Cannot Access My Account While Abroad

I am writing to request support from İş Bankası regarding an issue I experienced while trying to make a money transfer around 16:00 on April 29. At the final step of the transaction (after clicking the "Make Transfer" button), my PIN code was unexpectedly blocked. As a result, I am currently unable to access my account through either the İşCep mobile app or the web browser. Unfortunately, none of the available PIN recovery options are accessible to me. I would also like to mention that I am currently on a business trip abroad and will be outside of Turkey for at least another month, which prevents me from visiting a branch in person. I kindly request that İş Bankası initiate a KYC (Know Your Customer) process or provide an alternative identity verification method so I can regain access to my account.

Please also take into consideration that I am an EPAM employee and this account is my official corporate salary account.

Dear team, Please note that I do not have a bank card, and this may be preventing me from resetting my PIN code. Since I have no access to any financial resources, could you assist me in resetting my PIN or reactivating my previous one? Additionally, I would appreciate an explanation regarding why my access has been restricted.

Dear Team, The difficulty I am experiencing is that I am currently abroad and unable to visit a branch in person. However, I need access to my salary deposited by EPAM in order to cover my living expenses. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter.
