Newly Bought HP Victus Gaming Laptop Leaking Light On The Screen

10 days ago, I bought an HP victus model gaming laptop for 31 thousand TL from Vatan Bilgisayar in Van province for 31 thousand TL, I noticed that there was light leakage on the screen and I took it to Vatan Bilgisayar in Van province on 05.05.2023. They asked me to call HP service 4448121 and tell them my problem with the laptop. I called and the HP service employee said that they would take care of it by sending a picture of the laptop screen in the mail they sent.  I sent the pictures on Friday, but HP did not return. Today, on 08.05.2023, I called again and they said that the pictures did not come out well. I sent them again but again no response. After 3 hours I called myself and the HP customer service employee said that the screen light leakage was normal.  I asked her how a 1-week old computer could have light leakage on the screen, but she answered me like she was kidding me. When I told her that she couldn't take action, she said that the light leakage could increase. I bought an HP victus brand laptop for 31 thousand TL, I wish I hadn't. Light leakage on the screen is not covered by the warranty and I am being made fun of by HP customer service. I will legally complain about HP company and the customer representative friend. I will never let myself or my relatives buy an HP brand laptop again in my lifetime. My contact lost number: 510**06402.
