HP Can't Repair My All-in-One PC
I have an HP All-in-One computer that I purchased around three years ago. I sought technical support at the Umraniye Technology Service because the screen was broken. I left it at your named Authorized Service. About 5-6 days later, they contacted me, stating that they couldn't repair the device. I inquired whether this was due to the unavailability of a suitable screen. They informed me that they had tried two similar screens without success and advised me to retrieve the device. However, I pointed out that, legally, you are obligated to supply parts for ten years or provide new ones. In response, they said they would consult with their manager and get back to me. Approximately 10 minutes later, they called back, stating that they couldn't proceed in that manner. What should I do now? I have escalated the matter to my lawyer. We will explore other avenues to address this issue properly, and if necessary, we will take legal action. Does this behavior align with the standards of a reputable brand?
