HP Pro One Service Issue - Computer Not Repaired Despite Payment
On October 22, 2025, I delivered my HP Pro One desktop computer to the authorized HP service center. The service requested a payment of ₺15,062.40 for the faulty part, and I made the payment the same day. However, despite a long time passing, my computer has still not been repaired or returned. The service’s online system incorrectly shows that I have not made the payment, and when I call, they repeatedly claim they are waiting for approval for a part from abroad. The lack of professionalism in service’s work process and the careless, uninterested attitude of its employees have made my situation even worse. The call center process is also extremely inadequate, providing no clear information or delivery date. Even though I paid over a month ago, no progress has been made. I request that my device be repaired urgently and that a clear delivery date be provided. I kindly ask that the process be expedited through my service record number 5150****16.
