HP 250 G9 723P4EA i7-1255U Notebook Repair Takes Too Long

Toward the end of 2023, I purchased an HP 250 G9 723P4EA i7-1255U Notebook computer. However, I did not begin using it until the eighth month. The device had problems starting up and running slowly from the start. We took it to the authorized service center on September 4, 2023, and it's been two months since then. Every week, I get an email saying that "parts under warranty from abroad are awaited." Despite only having used the computer for a few weeks, it has not been replaced because it has been over a month since the billing date. I contacted the authorized service and expressed my dissatisfaction, but received no response or assistance. I was unable to find a solution. Furthermore, there is not a single phone number available for discussion on the HP Turkey website. I'm extremely irritated, upset, and dissatisfied.
