Ariston Washing Machine Caught Fire at Home
On October 17, 2025, at around 5:00 PM, our Ariston washing machine suddenly caught fire in our home. The fire department had to intervene, and the incident caused significant cleaning needs and financial damage in our house. My daughter also could not sleep afterward because she was coughing due to the smoke.
The machine is no longer under warranty, and I do not have the receipt. I did not contact Ariston customer service after the incident because I learned that their rights had been transferred to Vestel.
To address this serious situation, I am requesting compensation for the damage caused to our home as well as an official investigation into the incident.
