Vestel CMI97202 Washing Machine Replacement Still Faulty - Refund Request

On 06.11.2025, I requested a replacement for my Vestel CMI97202 washing machine due to a malfunction. My replacement request was approved on 10.11.2025, and the new machine was delivered to my address on 12.11.2025. However, from the very first wash, the new machine began operating with excessive noise, loud sounds, and severe shaking as if it were moving out of place. The problem continues with every wash, and I am unable to use the machine. I personally experienced that the technical service and fault-detection staff did not have sufficient knowledge about the issue. When I contacted Vestel customer service, I only encountered meaningless explanations and no actual solution was provided. Although my product is under warranty, the issue has not been resolved.
