I Paid $9 for Hotmegle Premium But My Membership Isn’t Active

I paid $9 for a Hotmegle premium membership, but the membership is not showing up in my account panel. Despite the payment being completed, I still don’t have access to any premium features.
I’ve tried reaching out to Hotmegle’s live support and email address, but no one has responded or solved the issue. This is unacceptable for a paid service. If they can’t activate the premium membership immediately, then I want a full refund.
I’m requesting that Hotmegle fix this issue as soon as possible. I paid for a service, and I expect to receive it—or get my money back without delay.
