If you were charged for Hotmegle.Chat Premium but don't see an active membership, look at your payment confirmation (date, amount, and invoice) and check your account dashboard again to see if there are any upgrade choices.
If you still can't get in, use the platform's help form or email [email protected] with information about your purchase and a request to activate the features you bought or get your money back.
Keep in mind that Hotmegle's Terms of Use say all orders are final, cannot be transferred, and cannot be refunded. Also, if you issue a chargeback, you may be banned from the service for good.
If help can't fix your problem, you might have to dispute the charge with your payment provider, which could lead to the termination of your account.
