I Can’t Access Messages on Happn for Weeks Despite Having an Active Subscription
For the past 1–2 weeks, I haven’t been able to access the messages section on the Happn app. This issue has been ongoing despite the fact that I’m a paying subscriber. I subscribed specifically to use the full messaging features, yet the app won’t load my messages at all—making the subscription feel completely pointless.
I’ve already tried the basic troubleshooting steps. I deleted the app and reinstalled it, but nothing changed. The problem still exists, and there has been no communication or fix from Happn’s support team. I paid for a service that I’m currently not receiving, and that’s simply unacceptable.
I’m asking for immediate action: fix the messaging feature on my account or issue a refund for the time I’ve lost. I expect a prompt and direct resolution to this problem. Please don’t ignore your paying users.
