I booked a stay at Lukka Exclusive Hotel through Hotels.com for May 17–19 for my family. Unfortunately, due to my spouse’s sudden need for surgery, we had to cancel the trip. I contacted the hotel directly, and they were very understanding—they approved the cancellation and confirmed that the refund could be issued.
However, they informed me that the refund must be processed through Hotels.com, and that I would need to contact them directly to finalize the process. That’s where everything has fallen apart. I’ve tried to reach Hotels.com through every possible channel—the virtual assistant, the phone numbers provided—but I haven’t been able to speak to a real person or receive any response at all.
It’s incredibly frustrating to be left without support, especially when the hotel has already agreed to cancel the booking and refund the amount. I’m now stuck chasing money that the hotel doesn’t even want to keep, all because Hotels.com refuses to make themselves reachable.
My travel itinerary number is 72062556675791. I demand immediate contact from Hotels.com and a full refund as approved by the hotel. It’s unacceptable that customers have to beg for refunds under these circumstances.
