Hotels.com Claimed They Refunded Me, But I Still Haven’t Received My Money
I canceled my hotel reservation made through Hotels.com, and although they claim the refund has been processed, I still haven’t received any money. They provided me with a refund reference number, but when I contacted Baraka, the intermediary, they told me there is no record of any refund with that reference.
This is extremely frustrating and not the first time I’ve faced such an issue with Hotels.com. It’s unacceptable that I have to chase down different parties just to retrieve my own money. I canceled the booking as required and on time, yet I’m left waiting endlessly with no resolution or accountability.
Will I have to wait two months or more for a refund that should have been automatic? I need answers and urgent action. Hotels.com must immediately investigate this issue and process my refund without further delays. Enough is enough—this is my money and I expect transparency and professionalism.
